Today I went to the gym for the first time in 2 months. It was soooooooooooooooooooo needed!
I ran 2 and half miles on the treadmill then I did a Body Pump class. I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. YAY!
Soreness aside, I’m so proud to be apart of this blogging community. One of us lost a loved one so suddenly this week and we’ve come together to make peanut butter pie.
So the workout aside, workout, don’t workout but do make this pie or something you love for those you love!
