So it may say Saturday but I did run 4k yesterday. I've been making a wedding cake for a co-worker so time to blog wasn't in the cards.
Darty and I ran to the bank yesteday and it was an ok run. It was just nice to be out. Tomorrow I run a 10k provided we don't get rain. Here's hoping.
